Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากร ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี 2) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากร ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ บุคลากรศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษประจำจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 73 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบช่วงชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว วันเวย์อโนวา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากร ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนใหญ่คือ ลักษณะงานที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม รองลงมาคือ การบูรณาการทางสังคมในการทำงานร่วมกัน และน้อยสุดคือ การได้รับค่าตอบแทนที่เพียงพอยุติธรรม ตามลำดับ
2) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากร ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกันมีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

These research proposals were to 1) investigate the level of the quality working - life comparison Study of Kanchanaburi Special Education Center personnel, and 2) compare the level of the quality working - life of Kanchanaburi Special Education Center personnel. The 73 Kanchanaburi Special Education Center personnel were be the samples which randomized by stratified random sampling. The research toolkit was the questionnaire which developed by the researcher self that got .97 reliability alpha coefficient statistical significantly. Finally, the data statistics analytical were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, hypothesis test, and one way ANOVA (One Way Analysis Of Variance).
The research found that ;
1) the level of the quality working life comparison Study of Kanchanaburi Special Education Center personnel got high total level, when considered to each aspect found that the first one was the tasks that are beneficial for society, the secondly was the society integration in collaborated tasks, and the last one was enough fairness payment, as sequent.
2) the comparison level of quality working life of Kanchanaburi Special Education Center personnel classified to difference task experience got no difference performance perception of Master Degree Courses’ lecturers, Graduated School, Thongsook College, as .05 statistical significance totally.
