Abstract

บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจะศึกษาถึงกระบวนการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาหลักสูตรจากอดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน เพื่อจะผลที่ได้นำไปพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในอนาคต ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า หลักสูตรนั้นนับเป็นแม่แบบหรือตัวกำหนดทิศทางของการศึกษาที่สร้างขึ้นมาเพื่อใช้พัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีความพร้อมสำหรับก้าวไปสู่เป้าหมายตามที่วางไว้ตั้งแต่ตน เพราะการจัดการกระบวนการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาหลักสูตรไม่ว่าจะในอดีต ปัจจุบันหรืออนาคต สิ่งสำคัญที่จะใช้เป็นตัวกำหนดทิศทางหรือมีอิทธิพลต่อการศึกษาและหลักสูตรนั้น ก็คือความต้องการของสังคม และการจัดการศึกษานั้นจะต้องสอดคล้องและเป็นไปได้กับความต้องการนั้น ๆ มิเช่นนั้นการจัดการศึกษานั้นจะไม่ได้รับการยอมรับจากสังคมโดยรวม และอาจจะถูกหลงลืมหรือตัดออกจากสังคมไป

ABstract

This article aimed to study the process of learning and curriculum development from past to present day due to collecting the results of the study to develop teaching and learning process also developing curriculum in the future. The result of the study found that the curriculum is the model or the direction of the education. Therefore, to construct and develop the learner to be ready for achieving towards the goal. Furthermore, the process of learning organization and curriculum development. It had been determined or influenced by the direction of education and curriculum. In addition, learning organization and curriculum development have been necessary for social and education otherwise, education will not be accredited by society. And those may be forgotten or reject out from society.
