Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาควิชาภาษาตะวันตก สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ และภาควิชาภาษาตะวันออก สาขาวิชาภาษาบาลีและสันสกฤต คณะมนุษยศาสตร์

            กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2560 ภาควิชาภาษาตะวันตก สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ และภาควิชาภาษาตะวันออก สาขาวิชาภาษาบาลีและสันสกฤต คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจงประชากรทั้งหมดจำนวน 74 รูป/คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) เพื่อสำรวจความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในหลักสูตรของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test dependent)

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ในภาพรวมระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยสามารถเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้คือ ด้านผู้สอน รองลงมาคือ ด้านรายวิชาในหลักสูตร ด้านวิธีการสอนและกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน และด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน ตามลำดับ


2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อหลักสูตรของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย จำแนกตามเพศ ชั้นปี และสาขาวิชา พบว่า นักศึกษาที่มีเพศ ชั้นปี และสาขาวิชาต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัยแตกต่างกัน

ABSTRACT

               The results of this research were as followed : 1) to study the students' satisfaction toward the teaching and learning of the Faculty of Humanities. 2) To compare students' satisfaction toward teaching and learning in Department of Western Languages in field of English and the Department of Eastern Languages field of Pali and Sanskrit Faculty of Humanities.

               The samples were undergraduate students in the 1-4^th year, 1^st semester in the academic year of 2017. Department of Western Languages in field of English and the Department of Eastern Languages field of Pali and Sanskrit Faculty of Humanities The total sample size was 74 persons. The research instrument was a questionnaire to survey students' satisfaction on teaching and learning in the Faculty of Humanities. Mahamakut Buddhist University Data were analyzed by means of percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test dependent.

               The research found that :

1. Overall, The level of satisfaction of the 5 students was at a high level. It can be ordered in ascending order as follows: the instructor is the next course in the course. Teaching Methods and Teaching Activities Measurement and evaluation of teaching and learning. And the factors supporting instruction in the order.


2. Comparison of student satisfaction with the curriculum of the Faculty of Humanities. Mahamakut Buddhist College, classified by sex, year, and discipline, found that students of different sex, years and disciplines were satisfied with the curriculum of the Faculty of Humanities in Mahamakut Buddhist University is different.
