การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการนำหลักการบริหารสถานศึกษาไปสู่การปฏิบัติของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี และเปรียบเทียบการนำหลักการบริหารสถานศึกษาไปสู่การปฏิบัติของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาการบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี จำนวน 292 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ 1)นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี นำหลักการบริหารสถานศึกษาไปสู่การปฏิบัติในระดับมาก และระดับปานกลาง 2)นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรีที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีการนำหลักการบริหารสถานศึกษาไปสู่การปฏิบัติไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to study the implementation of the school administrative principles of the graduate students for master degree in the field of the educational administration program, Bangkokthonburi University, and compare the implementation of the school administrative principles of the graduate students for master degree in the field of the educational administration program, Bangkokthonburi University who were differed in working experience. The samples were 292 graduate students for masterdegreein the field of the educational administration program, Bangkokthonburi University.

Gathering of data was by questionnaire. Analyzing data was by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA. The results of this research was that 1) the implementation of the school administrative principles of the graduate students for master degree in the field of the educational administration program, Bangkokthonburi University was at a high and moderate level, and 2) the implementation of the school administrative principles of the graduate students for master degree in the field of the educational administration program, Bangkokthonburi University who were differed in working experience wasn’t .05 significantly different.
