ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการบริหารการศึกษาของโรงเรียนบ้านก้างปลา ตำบลชัยพฤกษ์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย
Abstract
สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการบริหารการศึกษา ของโรงเรียนบ้านก้างปลา ตำบลชัยพฤกษ์ อำเภอเมืองเลย จังหวัดเลย 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการบริหารการศึกษา ของโรงเรียนบ้านก้างปลา ตำบลชัยพฤกษ์ อำเภอเมืองเลย จังหวัดเลย ที่มี เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ต่างกัน 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการบริหารการศึกษาของโรงเรียนบ้านก้างปลา ตำบลชัยพฤกษ์ อำเภอเมืองเลย จังหวัดเลย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) ตามแบบลิเคิร์ต (Likert Scale) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ปกครอง 1 คน ต่อนักเรียน 1 คน ที่เข้ามาเรียนในโรงเรียนบ้านก้างปลา ตำบลชัยพฤกษ์ อำเภอเมืองเลย จังหวัดเลย จำนวน 139 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการใช้สูตรการคำนวณขนาดตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีของ Taro Yamane และใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น ใช้ระดับการศึกษาของนักเรียนเป็นตัวแบ่งชั้นภูมิ และแจกแบบสอบถามด้วยวิธีสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลมี 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณา คือค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือ การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA or F-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการบริหารการศึกษา ของโรงเรียนบ้านก้างปลา ตำบลชัยพฤกษ์ อำเภอเมืองเลย จังหวัดเลยโดยรวมทั้ง 4 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีระดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือด้านบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมาคือด้านบริหารงานอาคาร สถานที่อยู่ในระดับมาก และค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือด้านบริหารงานความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบ ผู้ปกครองที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ ต่างกัน พบว่า ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการบริหารการศึกษา ของโรงเรียนบ้านก้างปลา ตำบลชัยพฤกษ์ อำเภอเมืองเลย จังหวัดเลย โดยรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
3) ข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการบริหารการศึกษาของโรงเรียนบ้านก้างปลา ตำบลชัยพฤกษ์ อำเภอเมืองเลย จังหวัดเลยสามารถแยกเป็นด้าน มีรายละเอียดดังนี้ (1) ด้านบริหารงานวิชาการคือ ควรเพิ่มหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น (2) ด้านบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนคือ ควรส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนได้มีโอกาสพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถและความถนัดของตนเองอย่างจริงจัง (3) ด้านบริหารงานอาคาร สถานที่ คือ ควรมีการปรับปรุงบริเวณโรงเรียนให้มีความสะอาดและสวยงามอยู่เสมอ (4) ด้านบริหารงานความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน คือ ควรจัดกิจกรรมให้ครูพบปะแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับพัฒนาการของนักเรียน และแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาของนักเรียน กับผู้ปกครองอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
The objectives of this thematic were 1) to study the expectation of parent towards educational management of Klangpla school Chaiyapruek sub-district, Muang Loei district, Loei province, 2) to compare the expectation of guardian with the difference in sex, age, educational level, and income towards educational management of Klangpla school Chaiyapruek sub-district, Muang Loei district, Loei province, and 3) to study the suggestions of guardian towards educational management of Klangpla school Chaiyapruek sub-district, Muang Loei district, Loei province. The instrument used in this research was questionnaire. The sample group was one guardian to one student who entered to study at Klangpla school Chaiyapruek sub-district, Muang Loei district, Loei province, 139 people in total. The sample group sized was determined by technique of Taro Yamane and taken to random by stratified random sampling and by using educational level of student for stratifying. The questionnaires were distributed by purposive random sampling. The statistics used in analyzing data was divided into 2 kinds : descriptive statistics which consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, deductive statistics which consisted of t-test testing, and One-Way ANOVA or F-test. The results were found as follows:
1) The expectation of guardian towards educational management of Klangpla school Chaiyapruek sub-district, Muang Loei district, Loei province was at high level in all four sides. After taking each sided into consideration, the results were found that the highest sides were showed as follows: student activity management was at high level, the second, buildings and places management which was at high level as well , and the lowest level was community relationship management which was at moderate level.
2) The results on comparison study, the expectation of the guardian with the difference in sex, age, educational level, and income towards educational management of Klangpla school Chaiyapruek sub-district, Muang Loei district, Loei province was not different.
3) The suggestions of guardian towards educational management of Klangpla school Chaiyapruek sub-district, Muang Loei district, Loei province could be divided in each side as the following details (1) Academic management, any curriculum that related to culture and local wisdom should be added properly. (2) Student activity management, students should be promoted and given an opportunity for them to develop their knowledge and skills seriously.( 3) Buildings and places management, any areas in school should be always adjusted and made it clear and beautiful. (4) Community relationship management, the activities for getting teachers to meet and change opinion about student development and about the ways to solve problems of students should be hold for the guardian regularly.
