          บทความนี้กล่าวถึงการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ที่มีความเป็นเอกภาพของความเป็นพุทธวิถี บริหารจัดการสู่ความทันสมัยแห่งยุค เพื่อเข้าถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมไทยและสังคมโลก เพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีการที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนากิจการคณะสงฆ์ของไทย โดยการเริ่มจากพระภิกษุ สามเณร แม่ชี และพุทธศาสนิกชนให้เป็นผู้มีความรู้ ความสามารถในหลักการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ไทยที่เป็นไปตามหลักพระธรรมวินัยแห่งองค์สมเด็จพระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้า

Abstract

            This article discusses the Sangha Administration under the Buddhist unity in the modern The current study focuses on the changes of Thai and global society in order to adjust the appropriate methods for the development of Thai sangha administration by encouraging monks, novices, nuns and Buddhists to be knowledgeable in the principles of Thai sangha administration according to the dharma discipline of the Lord Buddha.
