บทคัดย่อ

           บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบหลักธรรมในการปกครองต่าง ๆ ที่มีในพระพุทธศาสนาโดยใช้หลักธรรม เช่น อคติ 4 พรหมวิหาร 4 สัปปุริสัตธรรม 7 เป็นต้น หลักธรรมเหล่านี้สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปกครอง เป็นหลักการปกครองอันจะนำไปสู่ความเจริญมั่นคงของรัฐและประโยชน์ของประชาชน เพราะนักปกครองนอกจากมีหลักธรรมในการปกครอง ผู้นำหรือปกครองควรมีคุณธรรมในการปกครอง เพราะคุณธรรมจะช่วยให้นักปกครองทำการปกครองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

This article aims to know the various governing principles in Buddhism by using principles such as prejudice, 4 Brahma, 4 sappurisattham, 7 etc. These principles can be applied in governance. It is a governing principle that will lead to the stability of the state and the interests of the people. Because the rulers, in addition to having principles in governing a leader or a ruler should have virtue of governing. Because virtue will help the rulers to rule effectively.
