The sample group of 181 administrators and teachers from Phrapariyattidhamma School on General Education, Group 8, were selected by the stratified random sampling. The statistics used for data analysis comprised of frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and the stepwise multiple regression analysis.                The findings of the research were as follows: 1. The effectiveness of academic administration was found to be overall at a high level. 2. Factors affecting the effectiveness of academic administration were found to be overall at a high level. 3. Factors affecting the effectiveness of academic administration were overall related to the academic administration effectiveness at a statistically significant level of .05 with the moderate correlation. 4. Such factors as the relationship and participation between the school and the community, budget management, educational equipment and technology were found capable to predict the effectiveness of academic administration at a statistically significant level of 0.01 with a predictive coefficient of .534, which could be used to predict 53.4% of the effectiveness of academic administration. 5. The guidelines on development of factors affecting the effectiveness of academic administration consisted of three aspects; 1) the relationship and participation between the school and the community, 2) instructional media and materials as well as educational equipment and technology, and 3) budget management.   Keywords: Academic Administration;  Effectiveness;  Phrapariyattidham School; UR - http://ojs.mbu.ac.th/index.php/jslc/article/view/1796
