@article{edj, author = {จินตนา พฤคณา and สุเมธ งามกนก and ประยูร อิ่มสวาสดิ์}, title = { ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านฉางพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1}, journal = {วารสาร ศึกษาศาสตร์ มมร}, volume = {8}, number = {1}, year = {2020}, keywords = {}, abstract = {บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านฉางพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านลักษณะสภาพแวดล้อม ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะบุคคล และปัจจัยด้านลักษณะนโยบายการบริหารและการปฏิบัติ กับประสิทธิผลของกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านฉางพัฒนา และ 3) เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านฉางพัฒนา จากปัจจัยด้านลักษณะสภาพแวดล้อม ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะบุคคล และปัจจัยด้านลักษณะนโยบายการบริหารและการปฏิบัติของกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านฉางพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านฉางพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 186 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.41-0.86 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียรสัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ประสิทธิผลของกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านฉางพัฒนา โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะสภาพแวดล้อม ลักษณะบุคคล และลักษณะนโยบายการบริหารและการปฏิบัติกับประสิทธิผลของกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านฉางพัฒนา มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ตัวแปรภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ (X5) วัฒนธรรมของสถานศึกษา (X2) และหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา (X6) สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านฉางพัฒนา ตัวแปรทั้ง 3 ตัวร่วมกันทำนายตัวแปรตาม ได้ร้อยละ 19 สามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปของคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ Abstract           This research aimed to; 1) study the effectiveness of Banchangpattana school group under the Elementary Education Service Area Office 1, 2) study relationships between the factors of environment, personal characteristic, and management policy and the practice with the effectiveness of Banchangpattana school group, and 3) Constructed a predictive effectiveness equation of Banchangpattana school group form factors of environment, personal characteristic, and management policy and practice. The research samples were 186 teachers of Banchangpattana school group under the Elementary Education Service Area Office 1 in academic year 2018. The research instrument was a five-levels rating scales questionnaire with the discriminative power between 0.41-.86. The reliability of the whole questionnaire was at 0.97. The statistic used in this research were Mean, Standard Derivation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression analysis. The research found that: The effectiveness of Banchangpattana school group in over all was at a high level. The factors of environment, personal characteristic, and management policy and practice had positive relationship with the school effectiveness at the significant level of .01. The factor of academic leadership (X5), school culture (X2) and course of education (X6) could the effectiveness of Banchangpattana school group by 19% and could constructed in a raw scores and standard score as; }, pages = {215--229}, url = {http://ojs.mbu.ac.th/index.php/edj/article/view/818} }
